The Japanese Society for Behavioral Neuroendocrinology, founded in 2006, will celebrate its 20th anniversary in 2026. Over the past two decades, the Society has brought together researchers across Japan with a shared goal of nurturing the next generation of scholars in behavioral neuroendocrinology. One of our signature activities is the annual summer meeting, held in a retreat-style setting. This meeting provides a unique opportunity for graduate and undergraduate students to receive guidance and feedback from researchers beyond their own institutions. Through these interactions, many early-career researchers have developed their careers and are now actively contributing to the field both in Japan and abroad. We have also promoted international academic exchange, particularly within the Asia–Oceania region, strengthening our global connections and expanding the visibility of our community. To mark this important milestone, we are delighted to announce the 20th Anniversary International Symposium. The program will feature keynote lectures, thematic symposium sessions (including a session dedicated to early-career researchers), as well as student poster presentations and a Data Blitz session. We warmly welcome researchers and students to join us in celebrating this special occasion and look forward to your participation.
